1. Information We Collect

When you use PokePackRips, we collect:

• Account information: your email address and display name, created when you register or sign in.
• App activity: your card collection, pack openings, trades, marketplace listings, store-credit balance and transaction history.
• Payment information: purchases are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. For payouts and refunds we store the payout method and handle you choose (e.g. PayPal email, Cashtag, or the last four digits of a debit card), plus your billing and shipping address when you provide one.
• Referral information: the email of a friend you invite, used to credit your referral bonus.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To display your collection, balance, pull history and leaderboard standing.
• To process payments, store-credit purchases, refunds and payout requests.
• To run trades, marketplace listings and referral rewards.
• To ship physical cards you request to your address.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app — primarily our payment processor (for checkout, refunds and payouts) and our hosting platform — and only as required to deliver those functions or as required by law.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and app data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your Profile page — deletion removes your collection, listings, trade history and stored payment details. Some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The app uses browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your sound and music preferences, and track in-progress purchases. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has registered an account, contact us so we can remove it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
